This beautifully furnished architect’s apartment is located in the center of the city on the Teerhof. The living room with open kitchen furnished with many noble decorations gives the view over the Weser to the Schlachte, the boulevard of Bremen, free. The large windows let you look over the Weser. In the evening you can enjoy the bustle of the Schlachte and watch the ships and the reflecting lights in the water. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances and dishes. The apartment on the 3rd floor can be easily reached by elevator. A security service ensures that only authorized residents and their guests enter this residential complex.
Mondolez (Kraft Foods), Hachez, Becks, Thermo Fisher Scientific and the Hochschule of Bremen are located around the apartment and can be reached quickly. The same applies to Bremen Airport, Airbus and the main train station, which are only a few tram stops away.
The optimal location of the apartment offers you many possibilities to spend your free time in the Bremen Neustadt or in the center. The cultural and leisure activities, the public parks and the immediate shopping facilities can be reached by foot and by bike within a few minutes. The historic old town “Schnoor”, the city center with the famous “Böttcherstraße”, the Bremen Town Musicians and the Schlachte are less than 15 minutes away. Also, food markets such as Rewe and Aldi offer their goods 50 meters away. There is also a bakery with tasty treats. The Bremen Neustadt is also characterized by many small bars, pubs and restaurants, which welcome you with open arms.
