The Schwäbisch-Hall-Straße separates Bremen and Niedersachsen. Close to the city and yet live in the recreation area. In this quiet neighborhood, there are almost only one family houses and greenery. The residential area is located on the “Park Links der Weser” and is ideal for running, jogging, skating or cycling. Public parking is sufficiently available. On the small balcony overlooking the garden you can enjoy the afternoon or evening sun. To the airport you walk in 15 minutes through a nature reserve and plot area. The tram nos. 1 and 8 can be reached in 12 minutes on foot. If you work in Stuhr / Brinkum, you can easily drive 10 hours in the opposite direction.
